The floor mats show wear consistent with the cars age and miles, but overall it looks great. Mechanically, this car is in great condition. All of the electronics work correctly. The tires have plenty of tread remaining and have no cracking or uneven wear. The brakes feel strong, transmission shifts perfectly, engine is smooth & quiet. The s-type 3. 0 is powered by a 235-horsepower 3. 0-liter v6. The s-type 4. 2 comes with a powerful, 300-horsepower 4. 2-liter v8. The high-performance s-type r gets a supercharged version of the same 4. 2-liter v8 and produces 400 hp. All models come with the six-speed automatic transmission. For 2006, the jaguar s-type gets a power increase and some other minor upgrades.
